Above the fog - Part 3
Near Magyarhertelend, my destination was the Napszentély lookout tower, which stands on a hill overlooking the village. The tower has been closed since 2016 after a lightning strike made it unsafe, but this time, I finally managed to photograph it under just the right conditions, wrapped in a layer of mystical fog.
The fresh green of the spring landscape looked beautiful beneath the fog blanket.
At the end of the trip, I headed back toward Orfű to take a few more shots of Lake Pécsi and Lake Herman Ottó. Waking up early and check around the area definitely paid off.
